If you would like to skip this, you may email me to pay a non refundable retainer that’ll go toward your service day of to hold your appointment time. How to find the salon: Mint is located within Citrine Cooperative on the second floor of 812 E Dayton. Google maps will sometimes take you to the other side of the building on E Johnson, E Dayton is parallel to E Johnson, so just go around the corner and walk up the parking lot to the building.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
Sometimes life happens and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that’s ok! I kindly ask for 48 hours notice to do so. I try my best to fill up any cancelled appointments slots, so the sooner I know the easier that is. Please email or text me and we can get it sorted. These policies are subject to change. I will be mindful of any emergency type circumstances.
Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled service(s) cost fee.
Less than 24 hours notice or no notice: 100% of the scheduled service(s) cost fee.
Running late: If you are running more than 5-10 minutes late to your appointment, I may need to reschedule you depending on the type of service you’re getting. If you’re running even a minute or two late, please contact me right away at 608-218-4095 to provide your ETA.
Service adjustments: I pride myself in providing thorough consultations. However sometimes miscommunications happen, and you may be dissatisfied with your result. Please contact me within 7 days of your original appointment so we can get you back into the salon for a complimentary adjustment. I am happy to provide other alternatives, though they may be at cost to the client. If you contact me beyond 7 days, it will not be seen as an complimentary adjustment.
