Sometimes life happens and you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, that’s ok! I kindly ask for 48 hours notice to do so. I try my best to fill up any cancelled appointments slots, so the sooner I know the easier that is. Please email or text me and we can get it sorted. These policies are subject to change. I will be mindful of any emergency type circumstances. Less than 48 hours notice: 50% of the scheduled service(s) cost fee. Less than 24 hours notice or no notice: 100% of the scheduled service(s) cost fee. Running late: If you are running more than 5-10 minutes late to your appointment, I may need to reschedule you depending on the type of service you’re getting. If you’re running even a minute or two late, please contact me right away at 608-218-4095 to provide your ETA. Service adjustments: I pride myself in providing thorough consultations. However sometimes miscommunications happen, and you may be dissatisfied with your result. Please contact me within 7 days of your original appointment so we can get you back into the salon for a complimentary adjustment. I am happy to provide other alternatives, though they may be at cost to the client. If you contact me beyond 7 days, it will not be seen as an complimentary adjustment.
